Starting Sixth Form

Hello my lovelies, I hope you're all doing well! Today's post is a bit of an update with what's going on in my life right now and just about starting sixth form really. As some of you may of seen from the 2 hauls I've recently posted then you'll know I started sixth form about 4 weeks ago. The reason why I've waited this long to do an update about starting sixth form is because honestly, I didn't know what to write about when I first started but now, having been there for nearly 4 weeks I feel I have a sufficient amount to write about and to update you all on. I don't really know what to start with, so I guess I'll just start from the beginning and ramble through little bits and pieces that have made up my sixth form experience so far. GCSE Results Day was on 20th August which is when I secured my place at sixth form. Months before I had applied to college for a Travel and Tourism course as well.To my surprise I did a lot better than I expected...

Black Country Museum: Part 2

Image
Hello my lovelies!  As you can probably tell from the title, this post is the Part 2 of the pictures I took at Black Country Museum recently. I promised a part 2, so here it is!  Enjoy :) The old fashioned cars look so classy and vintage, I loved them! Unknown to us when we'd planned our day out here, when we got there we were told that there was a man running through for the Guinness World Records. It was in aid of a charity and we were all stood their cheering him on! These next few pictures are from the school! They used pieces of slate and charcoal to write on. Boys and Girls would sit on separate sides of the class! Inside the bakery. The Cake Walk and The Helter Skelter  This fireplace looked so cosy I took this picture in the chemist/pharmacy. They also had a dentist in there who would of been for the whole village. Teeth were taken out with a...

Sixth Form: Clothing Haul

Image
Hello lovelies! Before I get into this post I just wanted to apologise for being so absent and for slacking with my blog the past two weeks. Two weeks ago I started Sixth form and it has honestly taken its toll on me. I've had so much work to do nearly every night and by the time I've ate and everything else I do in an evening I'm just absolutely shattered and ready for bed! No excuses I know, I'm sorry! Anyway, onto the whole point of this post. Obviously starting sixth form I needed new clothes and a new bag so that's exactly what I went out to do. My sixth form doesn't have a strict uniform or code of dress as such but they told us to wear smart and business like clothes. As you'll see, I had a monochrome moment whilst shopping for sixth form clothes but I suppose monochrome is timeless and will always be in style. I stuck to the basics because I'm just going to keep adding to my wardrobe, obviously but also because basics are always useful a...

Hello lovelies, I hope you're having a lovely day whatever you're doing! Today's post is going to be a Sixth Form Stationery Haul. As I am going to sixth form very shortly all of this stuff was necessary and a few pieces were just for fun, but cute stationery makes school a lot more enjoyable right? Since I've got all of this stuff for Sixth Form, I thought why not do a haul? So I am :) I'm also going to be posting a Sixth Form Clothing Haul soon too, maybe within the next week or so as I don't want to post 2 hauls in a row.  Leave me a comment below telling me whether you are going to Sixth form or College, or where you are attending right now for your education.
