November Favourites! 2015
Hello my lovelies! I hope you're all doing well.
Today's post as you can tell from the title is my November Favourites, and I know literally everyone will say this but where the hell has this year gone? Like seriously, I can't believe it is the end of November already. It's crazy!!
ALSO, I just want to let you all know that I'm thinking of doing Blogmas, so instead of Vlogmas I'll just be blogging. I know I've been really irregular and slow with my posts the past two months and I thought doing Blogmas would be perfect to get back on track and give you all more!

ALSO, I just want to let you all know that I'm thinking of doing Blogmas, so instead of Vlogmas I'll just be blogging. I know I've been really irregular and slow with my posts the past two months and I thought doing Blogmas would be perfect to get back on track and give you all more!
Anyway, there's a mixture of beauty, fashion and random bits and bobs in here today so I hope you enjoy it.
Skincare
Starting with skincare, the first thing I have been loving through this month is the Simple Kind To Skin Micellar Cleansing Water. This product is honestly so good and I've used it every night and morning since I brought it. I've tested out the L'Oreal and Garnier micellar water but the Simple one is a little bit cheaper and it works the same. In fact, I think it works better. It really does remove make up easily and smoothly without me having to use too much or apply too much pressure on my skin. I would definitely recommend trying out this micellar water as I have been loving it throughout this month.
Creightons Perfectly Clear Calming Spot Gel. Right, so I have had this for a while and I always find myself going back to it since I've had it. It's a spot gel so as soon as I feel one coming I apply a small amount to the problem area with a little bit of my moisturiser for a few days, day and night and honestly it does get rid of them. I don't get many spots, my skin is pretty good most of the time but when I do feel one coming, I use some of this and it does the trick perfectly. It's so cheap and affordable. However, I don't know if the stuff in it is harmful to your skin, but It works and gets rid of spots so I'm happy. Definitely recommend this product!
AVON Planet Spa Turkish Thermal Baths Rhassoul Clay Face Mask.
AVON Planet Spa Luxuriously Refining Peel Off Face Mask
Okay, now honestly I don't use face masks very often but this month I'm like a changed woman. I've been using these so much, for the past month and a half and would definitely recommend these! The clay face mask leaves my skin feeling clean and is like a magnet that extracts dirt from my face. After I use the clay face mask, I use the peel off mask to get rid of any excess dirt if I'm having a little pamper session. This just makes my skin feel more refreshed and soft.
These two face masks are really wonderful and are so good for the price, they're only a few pounds each and sometimes if you get AVON regularly then they might be in the sale books sometimes too.
Hair
VO5 Nourish My Shine Shampoo
VO5 Revive Me Daily Conditioner
Okay, now guys I am aware that they aren't the same type of shampoo and conditioner but I use them all the time and when I went to get a back up for my shampoo they didn't have the same conditioner so I just got this one. But, I honestly don't think it makes a difference. They leave my hair feeling soft and shiny and silky and that's what I look for when it comes to hair products. My hair really does like these products!
AVON Naturals Hair Care Strand Strength Leave In Treatment - Apricot and Shea.
AVON Naturals Hair Care Daily Hair Refresher in Raspberry & Hibiscus
Again, both of these products have impressed me in the past month and I really enjoy using them. Firstly, they both smell so good and they make my hair feel silky and nourished. The leave in conditioner has been a life saver. My hair will go somewhat frizzy if I wash it in the morning so I usually wash it at night to save the frizz throughout the day, however, this leave in conditioner has transformed my shower/hair washing routine because it prevents frizziness in my hair. So I can now wash my hair in the morning and use some leave in conditioner, blow dry it and then I am set to go all day. I honestly have used this every time I've washed my hair this past month so its had a good use.
The daily hair refresher is also lovely. Being at sixth form all day, 5 days a week this really does come in handy. I have this in my bag and use a spritz or two if I think I need it. It smells lovely and you can smell it pretty much all day, depending on when I spray it. One downfall with this product is that you can't spray too much of it, and try to avoid using it the day you have washed your hair and even the day after if you can avoid it as it makes your hair need to be washed again sooner.
However, both products are lovely! Definitely recommend and I am going to be on the hunt for other leave in conditioners and hair refreshers.
Make up
Sleek Make Up Solstice Highlighting Palette
First of all, how stunning is this palette! It looks beautiful and is definitely dressing table and instagram worthy! That aside, the product itself is wonderful and stunning too. In the palette there are 4 highlighting shades, a brush and a big mirror that really comes in handy. This palette is so versatile, you can use it on your face and body and it suits all skin tones. The palette contains two baked powders, a cream and a silky shimmery powder. Each one is gorgeous.
I won't say too much because I am going to do a full review of it soon but just know that this palette is gorgeous and such a good value for money. In my eyes this is a good alternative to the new Hourglass Ambient Lighting palette at just a fraction of the price. They are no where near the same, but the highlighters are just as beautiful.
Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette.
I've had this for quite a while as you can tell. The palette is well loved and has been the past month or so. I have fads with using it, I use it on my eyebrows sometimes but the main reason it is in this months favourites is because I have been using it nearly every day. Its been apart of my everyday make up routine for about a month or so now, I use W.O.S all over the lid and a mix or Naked 2 and Faint in the crease just for a bit of colour and contour to the eyelids.
If I want a smokey look then I'll add a bit more of faint and a bit of crave to add more depth and definition. Love this palette.
Clinique High Impact Mascara in Black. As you can see from the picture, this mascara is only a sample size but it honestly is wonderful. I received it with Glamours December issue which I obviously only got because Tanya Burr was on the cover. But anyway, this mascara has a lovely brush which I really enjoy using and the product itself makes my lashes look great. I've been using it everyday since I got it and I can honestly say it is fantastic! I will definitely be purchasing the full size one when this runs out!
Rimmel London Powder Blush in 031 Berry. Honestly, I've had this blush stashed in my make up collection for a while, and when I was looking through for an autumnal blush I came across this and decided to try it. Apparently, I love it. I haven't looked back since. It's a lot more pink than berry toned in my opinion, but that aside the product is wonderful. The product adds the right amount of colour to the cheeks and gives that perfect flushed look that never seems to go out of style during this time of year.
AVON Irresistibly Sexy Sultry Lip Pencil in Sensual Pink. Now this is the only lip product favourite this month, purely because I featured in a previous favourites post the lipstick I've also been constantly wearing the past month as well but I didn't want to feature it again. That being said, I have been wearing this product alot too. It's not a full on lip colour that I would wear alone or if I wanted a statement or obvious colour on the lips, I've been wearing it over the top of nude lipsticks in the centre of the lips to make them look fuller. It does have some colour too it, just not a lot as the star of the product is its shimmery and the light reflecting elements of it. I have been using it a lot, which is why it's in my favourites, obviously! :)
Fashion
Midi Ring Set from River Island. Okay, my confession is that there is supposed to be another ring in this set but unfortunately, the joys of having a sister means that I lost the other one. However, I think these rings look so pretty and simple and I've been wearing them alot the past month or so.
Perfume
Kate Moss Velvet Hour Perfume. Honestly, I'm never normally the one to go for perfumes that are on the cheaper side purely because I don't really buy them for myself. That probably sounds worse than it should so let me explain. For Christmas and birthdays my parents normally get me expensive perfumes that I have smelt and tried in a shop such as Selfridges because they are so expensive and luxurious, like Black Opium and Jo Malone for example but I do have a few cheaper perfumes from other family members. This one just so happens to be the one I've worn nearly every day. It's sweet and quite fruity and I am the worst at describing scents but I've been using it alot, otherwise it wouldn't be in my favourites right. Smell this and come back to me, haha!!
Random
Justin Bieber Purpose Album. Justin Bieber is my favourite! He's been my inspiration for as long as i can remember. I've followed his journey and his career and I love his music. Purpose is his most recent album which has been a massive hit all over the world. I absolutely love it! I adore Justin and I love his music. If you haven't heard it, please YouTube it or go buy the album, I promise you will not regret it. To get a more in-depth feeling of the album, go check out my blog post I wrote about his album Purpose, I'm sure it will engage you!
The Grinch. The Grinch is my favourite Christmas film ever, along with Elf but I've watched it so many times already. I have to watch it every year, and I do so probably way too many times before Christmas but I just love it. If you have never watched it before, please do yourself a favour and go watch it. I promise you will not be disappointed!
Right, so these have all been the main loves and obsessions of mine throughout November. I hope you enjoyed me rambling on about everything and I apologise for this going up so late. I honestly have had so much on just lately with Sixth Form and the run up to Christmas is hectic, lets be honest.
ALSO, last Saturday on 28th November I went to London for the day. I went shopping on Oxford Street and visited Winter Wonderland again. Be sure to look out for a London Shopping Haul soon!
I love you all so much! Comment below telling me what you have been loving throughout the month of November!
