Book Haul
Hello again lovelies, welcome back to Little Miss Anon!
Today's post is going to be a Book Haul! May seem a little odd, but I've purchased a few books in the last couple of weeks and I just thought I'd share them all with you :) Also, I figured once I've read these I can do a short and sweet, mini sort of book review on them for you all :)
I originally brought Gone Girl upon seeing so much hype about the book last year by lots of people, including youtubers and also the hype over the film which followed the book. However, for some unknown reason I have only just recently purchased it within the last few weeks... I honestly don't know why it took me nearly a year to buy it.
Any how, I can't wait to read this book as I've heard it is sort of a thriller/mysterious genre, and these sort of books I tend to enjoy a lot. Ultimately I plan to read the book and then watch the film.I always prefer to read the book(s) before the movie, because sometimes the films can tend to miss out details which were originally mentioned in the book.
Similarly, I did the same with Paper Towns. After reading and watching The Fault In Our Stars by John Green I was just drawn to the authors style of writing and his literature. (I've always loved reading books and enjoyed English Literature over other subjects during my GCSEs.)
It took me a few months to finally buy Paper Towns after being advised, begged and moaned at to buy it and read it because there was a film to follow. I did buy this book about 2 weeks ago, with the intention to read it before the film came out, however, plans never work out and I still haven't read a page of it.
I am still to read Paper Towns and watch the film, but I am looking forward to reading the book as soon as I can!
I've got it! I've finally got my hands on Girl Online, after nearly a year, again! I apologise for the recurring theme of lateness, I don't understand why Its taken me nearly a year to buy this, but I have, finally!!
Again, I am super, super excited to start reading this, and to finish it and also read the sneak peaks of Girl Online On Tour at the end of the book. This is the paper back edition, with sneak peaks of Zoe's second book! I am so, so proud of Zoe and everything she has achieved, I can't wait to get my hands on her new bath and body products!
The last book I have to share with you is of course, the Sprinkle of Glitter Diary 2016! Woo! Yess, I got my hands on this one early as Louise informed that there is only a limited stock available and I didn't want to wait until December to get one, and then find out there was non left! I am so proud of Louise, this diary is absolutely stunning and I just cannot wait to organise my life with this and start using it in January!
I highly recommend you all to check out all of these books, and let me know your thoughts and opinions on them all! Be sure to follow me on all my social media, we can read together and discuss the books! I would love that :)
I hope you enjoyed reading my 'not so short' rambling book haul, keep a look out for my next post within the next few days! I love you all, until next time, ciao!
